Sae J. Hahm, MD
Board-certified Vascular SurgeonSae J. Hahm, MD is a Board-certified vascular surgeon. Dr. Hahm joined New York Vascular Group in 2021. Prior to that, Dr. Hahm was with The Vascular Experts.
Previously, Dr. Hahm practiced at Princeton Surgical Associates, Dupage Medical Group and Caremount Medical as a general, vascular and endovascular surgeon. He has extensive knowledge in the evaluation and treatment of peripheral vascular disease, including carotid artery disease, abdominal aortic aneurysms, peripheral arterial disease, dialysis access surgery, venous disease, acute limb ischemia, limb salvage, varicose veins, and ultrasonography.
Additionally, his clinical practice focused on a full spectrum of open surgical and endovascular treatment, including angiography, atherectomy, angioplasty/stenting, mechanical thrombectomy, catheter-directed thrombolysis, endovenous ablation, and endovascular aneurysm repair.
During his career, he has authored various publications and abstract presentations.

Jaime S. Strachan, MD, FACS
Board-certified General and Vascular SurgeonJaime S. Strachan MD, FACS is a Board-certified general and vascular surgeon who specializes in vascular and endovascular techniques for the treatment of arterial and venous disease.
After finishing his training, Dr. Strachan returned to Connecticut as the Director of Endovascular Surgery with the Danbury Office of Physician Services (affiliated with Danbury Hospital) and then moved to private practice in the Waterbury area. Dr. Strachan joined The Vascular Experts in 2009, continuing to serve patients in the greater Waterbury area. Dr. Strachan’s particular areas of interest include both open and endovascular surgical techniques for the treatment of PVD (peripheral vascular disease), PAD (peripheral artery disease), varicose veins, aneurysms and dialysis access. He currently serves as Chief of Vascular Surgery at Waterbury Hospital and Saint Mary’s Hospital.

Jennifer A. Jackson, PA-C
Jennifer A. Jackson, PA-C joined New York Vascular Group in 2021. She graduated from Touro College with her Master’s degree in Health Science and completion of the Physician Assistant program.
Jennifer comes to New York Vascular Group with more than 20 years of experience as a PA-C in vascular surgery. Jennifer worked as the physician assistant to the chiefs of vascular surgery at several prominent New York City hospitals including Jacobi Medical Center, New York Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center, Lenox Hill Hospital and Staten Island Hospital, where she treated patients with a variety of vascular conditions including peripheral arterial disease, venous insufficiency and those requiring wound care. Additionally, she gained valuable experience in the operating room, serving as a first and second assist for hospital and office procedures.
